Terms of Service

All users of free programs, premium programs, customized programs (tier A and tier B), free art & graphics, free tutorial information, and other free products are subject to the conditions of the most applicable Creative Commons license in addition to the following.

All clients of Orglethorp Studios agree to be civil in communication with our designer & programmer, Jenna, and with any other people they may come into contact with through Orglethorp Studios. If the conditions of your Orglethorp Services include a linked credit display requirement, you agree to follow it.

All clients of Orglethorp Studios understand that customized services priced at or above $150.00 CND must pay the agreed amount before receiving their final product.  

Everyone using an Orglethorp product in a public way (ie. The public can view and/or use the product in question) understands and agrees that should the client be found to be involved in illegal activities that are not rectified promptly and in a polite manner will be prohibited from using Orglethorp services in the future.

In order to access back-ups of your paid products, you must have a registered account with Orglethorp Studios. Orglethorp promises never to share your personal information with anyone. You, the client, agree to provide accurate information in order for contact and transactions to proceed smoothly.
